By downloading or using HabitDeck, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

HabitDeck is a personal productivity app designed for habit tracking and goal setting. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any subscription features

In-App Purchases

HabitDeck offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Disclaimer

HabitDeck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HabitDeck and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
